Everything You Need to Know

I have some friends visiting. Do you offer guest passes?

We offer a drop in pass, good for one class, for folks who are traveling and just looking for a workout.  If they'll be in town for a longer period but don't want a full membership we offer punch pass options as well.

Do you offer a trial membership if I’m not sure that I want to join?

Your first class is on us!  We do ask that you arrive a little early for your first class so we can show you around, get you signed in to our system, and so we can go over basic gym safety.

Do you have a shower?

We do not.  We are located within the Peru mall and are restricted to the facilities therein.

What do I need to bring to my first class?

Athletic clothing, a towel, a water bottle, and a willingness to leave your ego at the door.

Do I need to be fit?

Absolutely not.  Everyone starts somewhere!  Our coaches are trained to recognize every individual's fitness level and adjust the workout accordingly.

What if I can't lift or move like what the workout calls for?

That's ok!  Crossfit is known for its infinite scalability.  It doesn't matter if you're restricted due to fitness level, injury, or mobility.  Every workout can be tailored to suit an individual's needs.  we encourage everyone to use a weight which is challenging yet manageable.  If certain movements are not yet possible, such as hand stand pushups, we can offer alternatives to the movement which you can do!
