LPCrossFit offers a weekly schedule of classes for every fitness fan. Whether you want to dial up the intensity or take a more relaxed approach, work your arms or core, we’ve got a class with a spot just for you. Create your own personalized schedule by choosing the classes that suit your needs.
Constantly Varied Functional Fitness
CrossFit classes are programmed with a mixture of body weight, gymnastic, barbell, and other movements to build strength and endurance. All classes are coach led and all movements are infinitely scalable so we can work with any fitness level and any mobility restrictions.

Our Shred classes are still centered around functional movements but you won't find complex olympic lifts or heavy barbells in this class. Kettle bells, boxes, dumb bells, and your body are all you'll need for these 45 minute cardio classes!
Find Your Core
Have a special workout you want to try? Have you identified a weakness you want to work on? Just want an active rest day? Open gym is the perfect place to come in and get sweaty on your terms! At least one coach is always on site during Open Gym but no programming is enforced.
